The SPA Star Awards have been presented by the publisher redspa media for 7 years now during a gala evening at the end of the Spa Life Germany industry congress. Among the nominated hotels were such outstanding ones as the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol in Telfs, the A-Rosa in Kitzbühel and the Hubertus Mountain Refugio in Balderschwang.

The six-member jury was spoiled for choice in the following seven categories: Newcomer, City Spa, Green Concept, Spa Concept, Health Concept, Spa Team and SPA Star plus
